LIVING WITH WATER :

THE HISTORICAL EVOLUTION OF WATER MOBILITY

IN SANTA MARTA

AND SAN BASILIO

Living With Water explores the historical evolution of water mobility in the Santa Marta and San Basilio areas of Venice through an augmented reality experience.

Combining historical archives, waterfront architecture, urban storytelling, and digital interaction, the project reveals how canals, docks, public transport, and maritime infrastructure have transformed over time within the Venetian lagoon.

Project Objectives

The project aims to connect contemporary urban spaces with hidden historical layers of Venetian water mobility through marker-based augmented reality experiences linked to a WordPress website.
